Day 1: Arrive Trichy
On your arrival at Trichy airport you will be met by our representative who will give you a warm welcome and then he will introduce the driver to you. Then you will be transferred to hotel with all comfort A/c car. They will help you in hotel check in formalities. After a short refreshment you can visit UchiPillaiyar Temple, Sri Rangam Temple, Jambukeswarar Temple, Samayapuram Mari Amman Temple and Tirupattur Brahma Temple. Later drive to hotel for night stay.
Day 2: Trichy – Palani – Kodaikannal( 250kms/ 6 hrs drive)
Post breakfast drive to Palani. Palani (TiruAvinankudi) is the third PadaiVeedu. The temple at Palani is an ancient one, Lord Murugan is the deity of the Tamil Land is known as Dandayudhapani Swami, and also worshipPeriyanayaki Amman and then drive to Kodaikannal. On reaching check in at the hotel and relax.
Day 3: Kodaikannal
Visit - “ Kodaikanal Lake” you can go for boating in this lake, “Pillar Rock”, “Silent valley view”, “Bryant Garden” ,”Guna Cave”, “Pine forest” “Silver Cascade”. Stay overnight in Kodaikannal.
Day 4: Kodaikannal – Madurai ( 120kms/ 4 hrs drive)
The day at leisure. Later move to Madurai. Here you can visit “Meenakshi Amman Temple“ here worship goddess Meenakshi , is anavatar of the Hindu goddess Parvati - the consort of Shiva. Later spend the day for shopping. Overnight stay in Madurai.
Day 5: Madurai – Rameshwaram( 185kms/ 4hrs drive)
Head towards Rameshwaram. On reaching check in at the hotel and later you can visit “Ramanathaswamy Temple” is a famous Hindu temple dedicated to the god Shiva. The temple is one of the 12 Jyotirlinga shrines, where Shiva is worshipped in the form of a Jyotirlinga meaning "pillar of light" “ Pamban Bridge” and “RamarPadham”. Overnight stay at Rameshwaram.
Day 6: Rameshwaram – Chettinad – Pillaiyar Patti - Kumbakonam( 290kms/ 6 hrs drive)
Today proceed to Chettinad, This small town will enchant you with its refined wood carving, Silver embellishment, woven saris, jewellery and the exotic Chettinad cuisine. You can have a great time exploring the exquisite Chettinad woodcarving, silver embellishment, woven saris, palm-leaf baskets, gold jewelry, handmade tiles, architectural styling, and egg plastering. You can have a delicious Chettinad cuisine. Later drive to Pillaiyar Patti, Here you can worship Lord Ganesh and then move to Kumbakonam. On reaching check in at the hotel.Overnight stay at Kumbakonam.
Day 7: Kumbakonam
Visit – Sara Parameswara Temple, Alangudi Guru Temple, ThirunageeswaranRaaghu Temple, KanjanoorSukran Temple, ThirunallaruSani Temple. Overnight stay in Kumbakonam.
Day 8: Kumbakonam – Chidambaram – Thiruvanamalai( 270kms/ 6 hrs drive)
Take a drive to Chidambaram. Enroute visit KezhaperumpallamKedhu Temple, ThiruvengaduBhudan Temple, VaidheeswaranChevvai Temple. In Chidambaram visit “ThillaiNataraja Temple” in Chidambaram which is one of the PanchabhootaStalams(signifying the 5 natural elements) and represents akasha. Proceed to Thiruvanamalai for night stay.
Day 9: Thiruvanamalai – Melmaruvathur( 100kms/ 2 hrs drive)
Visit – Annamalaiyar Temple which represent Fire, signifying one of the 5 natural elements and then move to Melmaruvathur. Here spend the day for your own needs. Overnight stay in Melmaruvathur.
Day 10: Melmaruvathur
Spend the day for your own needs. Overnight stay in Melmaruvathur.
Day 11: Melmaruvathur – Kanchipuram – Chennai ( 130kms/ 3 hrs drive)
After breakfast drive to Kanchipuram. Here you can visit “KanchiKailasanathar Temple” is the oldest structure in Kanchipuram. The structure contains 58 small shrines which are dedicated to various forms of Shiva, “Ekambareswarar Temple” is dedicated to Shiva. It is one of the five major Shiva temples or PanchaBoothaSthalams (each representing a natural element) representing the element – Earth, “KanchiKamakshi Amman Temple” is dedicated to Kamakshi, one of the forms of the goddess Parvati. Later you can also spend the time for Shopping the famous Kanchipuram silk saree. Later drive to Chennai. Here you can spend the day for shopping. Overnight stay in Chennai.
Day 12: Chennai – Tirupathi( 180kms/ 4 hrs drive)
Spend the day for shopping and then move to Tirupathi. Visit - “VenkateswaraSwamy Temple” dedicated to Lord Venkateswara, here you can Worship and Dharshan Lord Balaji and AlameluMangaiThayar. The temple is the richest pilgrimage centre, and the most-visited place of worship in the world. Stay overnight in Tirupathi.
Day 13: Tirupathi – Kalahasthi – Chennai ( 180kms/ 4 hrs drive)
Spend the day at leisure. Then move to “Sri Kalahastheeswara Swami Temple” which is one of the PanchabhootaStalams(signifying the 5 natural elements) and represents Air. Here you can do your prayers. Later move to Chennai for night stay.
Day 14: Chennai Depart
Today according to your flight schedule you will be transferred to Chennai airport to board your flight. Fly back home with fond memories.
